Your mission

Your journey
- Appropriate bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience (read here: we're looking for a bachelor's level acquired on the school benches or in the field, but above all, we're looking for a profile)
- Experience in Lean manufacturing (value-added production), an asset
- Curious by nature, you might also be interested in training to acquire additional skills in management, team mobilization, leadership or other areas!
Your responsibilities
- Control production planning and manage operations to ensure the satisfaction of our valued customers
- Manage, coach and support the middle management team
- Manage all production-related projects (continuous improvement, automation, ERP)
- To ensure a human management style that fosters the fulfillment of our raison d'être: to help teams grow!
- Contribute to the establishment and implementation of corporate strategy
